set up
and tear down
ARTS ALLEY.
A stipend is available for the driver who can pick up and drop off the tents and signs!

Since 2003, the Arts Council of Westerville has led a community-centered effort to inspire participation in and appreciation of the arts. The Arts Council sponsors several diverse and quality annual events, festivals, and programs for the benefit of the community.
